Declaration & Undertaking

I do hereby solemnly affirm, undertake, and declare as under:

1. That I am physically and mentally healthy. I am not suffering from any chronic ailment, depression, etc. which may adversely affect my studies and or behavioural pattern.
2. That I am provisionally admitted to the course of Center for Distance and Online Education of Integral University, Lucknow, which will automatically stand cancelled if the deficiency/ deficiencies is not removed by me in the stipulated time. The refund of fee deposited, if any will be as per the rules and regulations of Center for Distance and Online Education of Integral University, Lucknow
3. That i shall not involve any time in any indisciplinary act; else, failing which i will be liable for punishment including expulsion/ rustication as per the Ordinances of the University in force and that shall be binding on me.
4. That i will follow the academic calender of Center for Distance and Online Education of Integral University, Lucknow to appear in the examinations as per the Ordinances of the University in force and that shall be binding on me.
5. That I am aware, that the university reserves the rights to change norms and fee structure at any time.
6. That i hereby undertake to pay the fee as per the fee structure regularly in each semester at the time of admission and re-registration. I am fully aware that, if fee is not paid as per payment schedule then late fees will be levied thereafter the registration shall stand closed for the semester.
7. That i shall maintain good behavior and conduct. I shall abide by all the provisions of the Ordinance.
8. That it is my duty to check the maximum duration of the course before applying for Re-Registration & Back Paper.
9. That If my admission status is provisional till last semester/year then it is mandatory for me to submit all required documents before registering for last semester/year.Failing which i will not be allowed to appear in the last semester/year exams and will be self responsible for same . No fees will be refunded to me under any circumstances.
10. That I am fully aware that my entitlement for giving end semester exams will be treated cancelled - if it's found at any stage that i am ineligible to give semester exams and my answer sheets will not be evaluated and my given exam will stand cancelled. So before giving the end semester exam or back paper exam kindly check your eligibility.
11. I know that just on the basis of my admit card i am not entitled to give end -semester exams or back paper exams if there is any eligibility issue.
12. I have been informed that Ragging in the University is strictly prohibited in view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and i ensure that i will not be involved any such activity.
13. That I, hereby undertake, if admitted, to abide by the rules and regulations enforced or that may be hereafter made for the governance of the University. I further undertake that so long as I am a student of this University, I will do nothing either inside or outside the University that will interfere with the orderly governance and discipline.
14. That I, hereby undertake that I will not cause damage to University property and other articles belonging to the University. I undertake that I recover any loss or damage caused by me due to carelessness, negligence and wantonness on my part.
15. That I promise not to litter while being on campus. I promise to use the dustbins to throw waste paper, wrappers, packets and other items that need to be disposed off.
16. That I undertake that I will not consume tobacco (in any form) or alcohol while being in the University campus.
17. That I shall abide by the decision of the Admission Committee for admission in a branch of study according to my merits as per choices given by me.
18. That I undertake to prominently display my identity card while in the University premises, and will readily prove my identity if required to do so.
19. That I further declare that I am not involved in any criminal activity and/or no such case is pending against me in any court of law.
20. If i fail to generate^* and submit DEB ID(for admissions taken before 18 july 2024) before last date of admissions (fixed by UGC-DEB New Delhi) then my admission will treated stand cancelled and no fees will be refunded to me.. Access to LMS will be allowed after completing this process.
21. That I hereby declare that I shall abide by the above mentioned conditions, rules and regulations, I shall strive to maintain the peace and academic ambience in the University.
22. The admission application will only be accepted when candidate will pay complete fees before last date(fixed by UGC-DEB,NEW DELHI)of admissions.

Verification

I verify that the content of this application and uploaded documents, and other information submitted to the University are true to best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if any document or information is found to be false then my admission/registration is liable to be cancelled at any stage without any refund of the fee deposited for which i shall never stake any claim.
